Paolo Magri, General Director and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI), comments on the challenges faced by T20 Brasil, particularly in the context of global governance. Furthermore, he emphasizes the importance of the early delivery of the Communiqué, an effort of extreme relevance to allow sufficient time for reading and implementing the recommendations by the G20.
For the first time, the document was submitted early, with the goal of more effectively influencing the negotiations and the drafting of the joint declaration during the G20 Leaders' Summit on November 18 and 19, 2024.
On July 2nd and 3rd, the G20 Community and members of Think20 Brasil brought together in Rio de Janeiro for the “T20 Brasil Midterm Conference”. The main objective of the Conference was to debate and disseminate information on the recommendations contained in the Communiqué, the work of more than 120 national and international think tanks from 33 countries.

The Conference was organized by CEBRI, FUNAG, IPEA, Rio de Janeiro City Hall and BNDES, and sponsored by CAF, Equinor, Veirano Advogados, AWS, Microsoft, KAS Brasil and Suzano.
